Sara is a growth strategy expert with consulting and corporate experience, creating brands and products that connect emotionally with consumers, particularly in the consumer packaged goods, food, and retail industries. Her background includes consulting with Deloitte and L.E.K. Consulting, senior strategy roles at The Hershey Company, and leading branding and innovation projects at specialty consulting firms.
More recently Sara has focused on business planning for new ventures including a snack bar company, a real estate tech venture, a mobile app in the food space, a music education company, a restaurant in Dubai and a healthy snack company. She enjoys conducting the market analysis, gathering assumptions to inform financial projections, and compiling the strategy and analysis into business plans that clarify the roadmap for the operating team and the opportunity for investors.
In addition to serving in this role at New Venture Advisors, Sara is a real estate investor, managing a portfolio of short-term rental properties near her home in the Finger Lakes area of New York.
Sara received an MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and B.A. in International Business at Dickinson College.
