Ted has a background in finance, analytics, strategy and operations with a passion for sustainable food systems and social entrepreneurship. He was drawn to work in sustainable food systems in order to have a positive impact on human and environmental health.
Ted began his career as an investment banker and private equity investor in New York City. In 2013, he moved to Colorado and joined Craftsy, a Denver-based online education and e-Commerce startup, where he managed a number of key strategic initiatives.
He has spent time traveling and living in Southeast Asia where he worked at Kopernik, an international development NGO in Indonesia that distributes clean technologies to remote communities across Southeast Asia.
Ted was recently the Director of Finance at Pasture One, a distributor of domestic, grass-fed beef that supports ranchers who use techniques that promote grass-lands regeneration and carbon-sequestration.
Ted has a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
